Booking your appointment has never been easier. Simply call the clinic anytime during normal business hours to schedule your appointment.
If you have a demanding schedule and are unsure when to book your appointment, set up a convenient standing appointment and you can come in on the same day and time at the frequency you desire.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment. Appointments cancelled with greater than 24 hours notice will not be charged a cancellation fee.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be assessed a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service upon the next visit.
Appointments that are not met due to a no call/ no show situation, may be assessed a 100% cancellation fee equal to the price of the scheduled service upon the next visit.
Our member guest policy is simple: as long as your membership status is active and dues current, you may bring the same guest twice every 6 months, and your guest receives your member rate. A visit is defined as a 30, 60, or 90 minute massage at the member rate.
Chiropractic guests are also welcome! As long as your membership is current a guest pass may be used only for an initial chiropractic examination (e.g., for a NEW patient), treatment and 30-minute massage for only $99.
Members in good standing are entitled to offer a chiropractic guest pass to a work associate, friend, acquaintance or loved one once per month for use at the time of a New Patient chiropractic visit. Age restrictions apply as with massage guests.
Gift certificates may be purchased by members anytime at member rates. A guest may also purchase gift certificates anytime at the non-member rate.
Gift certificates are non-refundable.
