Scheduling & Booking Your Appointment

To book your appointment simply call the clinic anytime during normal business hours.

We have clinic hours that will accommodate your demanding of schedule.  However, you will experience the rapid, lasting clinical results you are looking for only if you are committed to investing the time necessary to follow your plan of care.  Our goal is to get you feeling great and functioning at top speed as quickly as possible.

Our Location … an Easy to Find Building, but **READ THIS CAREFULLY**

Our clinic is located in the Orchard Falls Building, 1 block west of I-25 on Orchard Road on the south side of the street.  What is unique about the west-facing entrance to our clinic is that this is the ONLY entrance to our clinic, so you must drive to the Building’s WEST PARKING LOT (by traversing 300 feet westward along the Building’s north parking lot, then making an easy left turn down a slight embankment) to gain access to our entrance.  Look for the sign “CHIROPRACTIC” on the side of the building and enter through the doors underneath this sign — and you’re here!  :-)

Canceling Your Appointment

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment. Appointments canceled with greater than 24 hours notice will not be charged a cancellation fee.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be assessed a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service upon the next visit.

Appointments that are not met due to a no call/ no show situation, may be assessed a 100% cancellation fee equal to the price of the scheduled service upon the next visit.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates may be purchased by members anytime at member rates. A guest may also purchase gift certificates anytime at the non-member rate.

Gift certificates are non-refundable.
